Camtek, an Israeli maker of inspection and metrology equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, said fourth-quarter revenue will rise 40% from a year earlier and that it expects 2027 revenue to grow more than 35%, according to an investor presentation it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 14.

What it said

The presentation, titled "Breaking News – Record Revenue Levels," gave three headline figures: third-quarter 2026 revenue "preannouncing" growth of 27% year over year; fourth-quarter guidance of growth of 40%, "bringing FY 2026 to ~$595 M"; and an initial 2027 revenue outlook of "> + 35 % over FY 2026 E."

Camtek's revenue was $315 million in 2023, $429 million in 2024 and $496 million in 2025, and it forecasts about $595 million for 2026, which is 20% above 2025 (computed). If 2027 grows 35% from $595 million, revenue would be about $803 million (computed).

Orders and targets

The company said it has received "Over $800 M of Orders Received in 2026" and that about 80% of its business is advanced packaging, with more than 50% of its business coming from outsourced semiconductor assembly and test providers (OSATs). It set a target of "$ 1.2 B in annual revenue in ~ 3 years."

Camtek says advanced packaging, in which several chips, including memory and processors, are assembled on one interposer, is central to AI hardware. It describes AI data centers and accelerated computing as its primary market. It said it acquired an AI company, Visual Layer, to develop software products and plans to start selling them in 2027.
